Green House Worker

<p id="isPasted">As a Green House Worker, you will help ensure that each lavender plant is prepared to the highest standards before being shipped to customers. Your main tasks will include:</p><ul><li>Preparing Lavender for Shipment: Making sure plants are clean, attractive, and ready for delivery.</li><li>Trimming &amp; Cleaning: Cutting excess growth and removing damaged leaves to enhance presentation.</li><li>Sorting &amp; Selecting: Choosing the best plants based on size, shape, and quality.</li><li>Packing: Placing plants in trays, boxes, or containers to protect them during transport.</li><li>Using Tools &amp; Machines: Operating equipment for trimming, cleaning, and packing.</li><li>Workplace Cleanliness: Maintaining a tidy, organized, and safe working environment.</li><li>Quality Checks: Inspecting plants to ensure they meet required standards.</li><li>Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to meet daily production and shipping goals.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience in horticulture (with plants) or production is a plus, but not required.</li><li>You enjoy practical, physical work and take pride in quality.</li><li>You work efficiently and cooperatively in a team.</li></ul>
