Green House Worker

As a Green House Worker, you will help ensure that each lavender plant is prepared to the highest standards before being shipped to customers. Your main tasks will include:

• Preparing Lavender for Shipment: Making sure plants are clean, attractive, and ready for delivery.
• Trimming & Cleaning: Cutting excess growth and removing damaged leaves to enhance presentation.
• Sorting & Selecting: Choosing the best plants based on size, shape, and quality.
• Packing: Placing plants in trays, boxes, or containers to protect them during transport.
• Using Tools & Machines: Operating equipment for trimming, cleaning, and packing.
• Workplace Cleanliness: Maintaining a tidy, organized, and safe working environment.
• Quality Checks: Inspecting plants to ensure they meet required standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to meet daily production and shipping goals.

• Experience in horticulture (with plants) or production is a plus, but not required.
• You enjoy practical, physical work and take pride in quality.
• You work efficiently and cooperatively in a team.
