Functieomschrijving For an offshore yard in Vlissingen, we are looking for a Workshop supervisor. Key Responsibilities • Conducting routine and preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical failures, and ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition. • Maintain the PMS updated • Places all necessary materiel requests and follow-up. • Ensures the continuous operation. • Diagnosing complex mechanical problems and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime • Managing the stock of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available for maintenance and repair. • Maintain Safety & Security Standards of the machinery, equipments and infrastructures. • Ensure that maintenance teams respect good HSE practices and clean their work areas at the end of each shift. • Exemplary on the Wearing of Mandatory PPE (Safety Shoes, Gloves, Coverall + Red Helmet). • Exemplary HSE Behavior & Educational Attitude towards All Users of the Site. • Ready to Intervene in the event of an Emergency. • Preparing maintenance reports, work orders, and other necessary documentation. Je profiel Skills• Organisational & Time-Management Skills. • Good Communication, Interpersonal & Leadership Skills. • Problem-Solving Skills. • Ability to Lead & Manage a Team. • Ability to Train, Advise & Supervise Others in their Maintenance Duties. Qualifications & Certifications • Chief Engineer or relevant experience in Offshore / Marine / Oil& Gas Maintenance. • Proficiency using Microsoft Office editing tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Proficiency in Planned Maintenance Software & Systems (PMS).
