In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurigheid, volledigheid en tijdigheid van de financiële administratie voor toegewezen entiteiten. Je zult betrokken zijn bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen, het opstellen van wettelijke rapportages en het waarborgen van SOX-compliance. • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the financial administration for assigned entities. • Perform month-end and year-end closings, including intercompany reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and correcting discrepancies. • Prepare statutory reports, VAT, customs, and statistical filings in compliance with local regulations. • Contribute to the EMEA consolidation under both NL GAAP and US GAAP. • Safeguard SOX compliance through proper documentation, reconciliations, and journal entry approvals. • Coordinate and support annual audits with external auditors. • Support and mentor less experienced accounting team members. • Act as Key User for SAP, ensuring optimal use of financial systems and contributing to change and improvement initiatives. • Provide insightful financial analyses on balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow forecasts. • Actively contribute to process improvements and automation projects within Financial Services.
