Malca-Amit is seeking a motivated and detail oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in key administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and some hands-on experience in HR functions such as onboarding, recruitment, compliance and benefits administration. Wat ga je doen?
Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, collecting documentation and coordinating orientation schedules. Support recruiting efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Help administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes and responding to employee inquiries. Support compliance efforts related to labor laws, company policies and internal audits. Coordinate employee communications related to HR programs, events or updates. Assist in planning HR initiatives such as training sessions or employee engagement events. Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the Payroll  Manager. ‍‍
Wat breng je mee?
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR support role preferred. Familiarity with core HR functions including onboarding, recruiting, compliance and benefits. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with ADP Payroll systems a plus. Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Team oriented with a proactive and flexible approach to work.‍MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED One or more years of professional experience. Comfortability working independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).‍‍
