Scrap / Reverse Logistics Operator

<p>As a <strong>Scrap / Reverse Logistics Operator</strong>, you will work in the<strong> Reverse Logistics department</strong>, where you are responsible for <strong>separating </strong>and <strong>processing different waste streams</strong> and <strong>dismantling instruments</strong> into various material categories. Your work contributes directly to sustainable<strong> recycling </strong>and<strong> re-use </strong>processes within a high-tech production environment.</p><p>You will work in a day shift from Monday to Friday within a structured and organized logistics department. Main Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Separate and process different waste streams correctly</li><li>Dismantle scrapped instruments using the appropriate tools</li><li>Sort materials into different categories such as metal, wood, and plastic</li><li>Support the Re-use department with logistics and recycling activities</li><li>Use hand tools safely and correctly during dismantling processes</li><li>Follow established work instructions and structured procedures</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace</li><li>Work accurately and consistently according to company standards</li><li>Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors</li><li>Contribute to efficient and sustainable logistics processes</li></ul><ul><li>English level B1 minimum (mandatory)</li><li>Experience in logistics, production, recycling, or technical dismantling is preferred</li><li>Ability to work in a structured and consistent manner</li><li>Comfortable using tools to dismantle instruments and equipment</li><li>Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude</li><li>Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately</li><li>Physically capable of performing manual tasks</li><li>Responsible and motivated mindset</li><li>EPT certificate or experience is preferred</li><li>Driving license is preferred</li><li>European Union citizenship (mandatory)</li></ul><ul><li>Gross salary: €14.84 per hour + 18% shift allowance</li><li><strong>Weekly net</strong> income: approximately <strong>€480 – €500</strong>, according to Dutch labor legislation</li><li>Full-time contract with long-term opportunities</li><li>Overtime possibilities for additional income</li><li>Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one</li><li>25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)</li><li>8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary</li></ul><p><strong>Accommodation & Transportation:</strong></p><ul><li>Certified and clean accommodation with a <strong>private room</strong></li><li>Daily <strong>transport </strong>from accommodation to work and back provided</li><li>Accommodation located close to shops, public transport, and the workplace</li></ul><p><strong>About Us: </strong>We are a professional and dedicated team specialized in connecting international talent with trusted employers in the Netherlands.
