InterLutions, a credit union service organization (CUSO) owned by Corporate Central Credit Union, is seeking a motivated Sales Support Intern to assist our team as we deliver innovative employee benefit solutions to credit unions across the country. This internship is a great opportunity for a student interested in sales, business operations, HR, or insurance to learn in a supportive, professional environment while making a meaningful impact. This role supports InterLutions’ mission of helping credit unions deliver meaningful benefits to their employees and members. What You’ll Learn & Support - Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospective and existing clients - Help prepare meeting materials and support post-meeting follow-up Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales pipeline organization - Support renewal activities by organizing data, documents, and timelines with guidance from the sales and client services teams - Assist the client services team with administrative and client-facing tasks - Help with reporting, data cleanup, and basic process improvement projects Gain exposure to employee benefits, client relationship management, and sales operations Requirements - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Insurance, Finance, or a related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word); CRM experience is a plus but not required - Clear communicator who enjoys working with different teams Professional, dependable, and eager to learn - Ability to handle confidential information responsibly What You’ll Gain - Hands-on experience supporting sales and client services in a professional setting - Exposure to employee benefits and the credit union industry - Mentorship and learning opportunities from experienced professionals - A strong resume-building opportunity for future careers in sales, HR, or operations Why Corporate Central Credit Union?
