Sales Lead - WIA binnendienst
Role purpose: Drive inbound and outbound sales for WIA-related services from an inside sales position, converting leads into customers and supporting revenue growth through consultative selling.
Key responsibilities
Lead management: Qualify inbound inquiries and proactively follow up on warm and cold leads.
Sales execution: Conduct phone and digital sales conversations, identify customer needs, and propose suitable WIA solutions.
Pipeline ownership: Manage opportunities from first contact to close, including quotations, follow-ups, and deal progression.
CRM administration: Maintain accurate customer data, activities, and forecasting in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, account management, and operations to optimize conversion and customer experience.
Performance: Achieve agreed targets (e.g., conversions, revenue, call/activity volume) and report results.
Required skills and qualifications
Sales capabilities: Proven inside sales or lead qualification experience, with strong closing and objection-handling skills.
Communication: Clear, persuasive Dutch communication (spoken and written); customer-focused, professional phone presence.
Analytical approach: Ability to assess eligibility, needs, and next steps in structured sales conversations.
Tools: Experience with CRM systems and standard sales tooling; accurate administration.
Mindset: Results-driven, organized, resilient, and able to work independently.
Nice to have: Knowledge of WIA, social security, insurance, or employability services.
