Manage stakeholders at both technical and strategic levels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Project Leadership – Oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives; Governance & Risk Management – Establish and maintain project governance, escalating issues and risks to leadership when necessary; Project Delivery – Ensure TEKEVER meets contractual commitments delivering with high quality standards; Reporting & Communication – Maintain project communication and develop tailored reports for different stakeholders; Customer Relations – Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.

Advanced Education – Postgraduate degree in a relevant field; Technology knowledge – ideally in the Aerospace field; Technical Project Management – Experience handling multi-disciplinary technical workloads; Leadership Skills – Experience managing cross-functional teams; Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.
