Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Supply Chain Project Coordinator to support our procurement and supply chain teams. This temporary role offers an opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders on supply chain projects, ensuring smooth operational processes and project execution. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating activities and assisting with operational tasks to ensure project milestones are met.

Responsibilities –
- Lead and facilitate project discussions related to innovation, renovation, and transformation initiatives with contract manufacturers (CMs).
- Act as the main liaison between the supply chain team and CMs, ensuring all project milestones and deliverables are aligned and completed on time.
- Coordinate supply chain activities such as materials planning, capacity management, and readiness for new or ongoing projects.
- Support operational tasks, including maintaining and creating contracts and codes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to manage risks, dependencies, and project timelines.
- Ensure all aspects of supply chain support for projects are delivered on time and to standard.

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in supply chain operations or project management.
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational support.
- Immediate availability is essential.
- Experience working with external manufacturing sites is a plus.
- Industry or market experience within the EU is not mandatory.
