About the role
As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading your team to deliver on customer service levels while continuously driving improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance people management with process optimisation, ensuring KPIs and contract deadlines are consistently met.
What You'll do:
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to maximise productivity and performance.
- Manage initiatives and projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure KPIs and service levels are consistently achieved.
- Communicate and implement change effectively across your team.
- Proactively manage performance, discipline, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
- Support other areas of the business when required.
What We're looking for:
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office & warehouse management systems).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Experienced in managing high-volume data, large SKU profiles, and inventory.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Innovative and proactive, with a positive approach to change.
- Able to perform under pressure and manage your own workload effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities (including shift work when required).
