OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS COORDINATOR

<h2>JOB OVERVIEW</h2><p><span>We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations & Systems Coordinator to support the smooth day</span>‑<span>to</span>‑<span>day running of the business across data management, systems administration, and office operations.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>This is a varied coordination role that includes light first</span>‑<span>line IT support, data administration, and operational support. No salary changes are made until after successful completion of a probationary period.</p><p></p><h6>CONTRACT TERMS</h6><p>This is an open-ended permanent contract. This is a full-time position (equivalent to 40 hours per week). These hours are inclusive of a one-hour paid lunch break each day. Your hours of work will be agreed with the line manager.</p><p>Whilst in the six-month probationary period the notice period will be two weeks. Once this period is successfully completed the post holder will be confirmed in the post and the notice period will be four weeks.</p><p>Please note that for those requiring visa sponsorship, this role unfortunately does not qualify and so we are unable to consider applicants that would require this in order to accept this role if hired.</p><hr><h2>CLOSING DATE</h2><p>The application closing date is Tue 26 May 2026 at 12:00pm (noon).
