Operational Director

Handary is a Shelf-life Specialist, we seek an operational director, who will oversee and direct all operational aspects of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic objectives. Responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.

Master’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as an Operational Director or in a senior operations leadership role.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of process optimization, supply chain management, and quality systems.

Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Experience in the food, ingredients, manufacturing, or biotech industry is a plus.
