Machine Operator - Day shift

<p>As a <strong>Machine Operator</strong>, you will be responsible for <strong>setting </strong>up and <strong>operating woodworking </strong>and panel-processing machines based on <strong>technical drawings</strong> and production instructions. You will work with modern machinery such as <strong>CNC </strong>woodworking machines, <strong>panel saws</strong>, <strong>planers</strong>, and <strong>cutting saws</strong>. The work requires technical insight, precision, and a hands-on mentality. You will become part of a professional and supportive production team working in a day shift schedule. Main Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Set up and operate woodworking and panel-processing machines</li><li>Perform machining activities based on technical drawings and measurements</li><li>Work with machines such as CNC woodworking equipment, panel saws, planers, and cutting saws</li><li>Check the accuracy of technical drawings and specifications before production</li><li>Monitor production quality and ensure correct dimensions and finishing</li><li>Support colleagues with machine operation and production activities</li><li>Follow production planning and work instructions accurately</li><li>Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe</li><li>Follow all company safety and quality procedures</li></ul><ul><li>VMBO level or similar technical education</li><li>General technical insight and hands-on mentality</li><li>Experience as a CNC operator, saw machine operator, or woodworking operator is preferred</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and specifications</li><li>Experience with woodworking machines is an advantage</li><li>Forklift certificate is a plus</li><li>English and/or Dutch language skills required</li><li>Responsible attitude and team-oriented mindset</li><li>Driving license is preferred</li><li>European Union citizenship (mandatory)</li></ul><ul><li>Gross salary: €16.38 per hour </li><li><strong>Weekly net </strong>income: approximately<strong> €500 – €550</strong>, according to Dutch labor legislation</li><li>Full-time contract with long-term opportunities</li><li>Overtime possibilities for additional income</li><li>Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one</li><li>25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)</li><li>8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary</li><li>Dutch health insurance included</li></ul><p><strong>Accommodation & Transportation:</strong></p><ul><li>Certified, clean accommodation with a<strong> private room</strong></li><li>Daily transport from accommodation to work and back provided</li><li>Accommodation located close to shops, public transport, and the workplace</li></ul><p><strong>About Us: </strong>We are specialized in connecting international talent with trusted employers in the Netherlands.
