Logistics Teamleader

<p>As a Logistics Assistant Teamleader, you support the Teamleader in managing a team of up to 30 employees. You coordinate outbound processes using the WMS system, train and coach new and current operators, and ensure a safe and well-organized work environment. You identify bottlenecks, contribute to continuous process improvements, and monitor quality, safety, and team performance.</p> <p>You will work in a 2-shift system (07:00&ndash;15:30 and 15:30&ndash;00:00).</p><br/><p>Our client is an internationally leading company in optical products, active in over 150 countries. As a Logistics Assistant Team Leader, you will work in the warehouse, where mainly contact lenses are stored and processed.</p><br/><p>As a Logistics Assistant Teamleader, you recognize yourself in the following requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Willingness to work in a 2-shift system;</li> <li>Ability to work accurately in a clean and calm environment;</li> <li>Experience in logistics;</li> <li>Fluent in English (spoken and written).</li> </ul><br/><p>As a Logistics Assistant Teamleader, you can expect the following employment conditions:</p> <ul> <li>You will receive a gross monthly salary of approximately &euro;2,800 to &euro;3,200, including a 16% shift allowance;</li> <li>You will be working for a leading company in the optical industry;</li> <li>You will have opportunities for personal development and career growth, with potential to advance to roles such as Supervisor!</li> </ul>
