Logistics Coordinator

As Logistics Coordinator, you oversee the full logistics process, from incoming raw materials through to the finished product leaving for the customer. You lead a team of around 12 warehouse staff and work closely with three colleagues in the Supply Chain department. You keep a close eye on daily targets such as throughput times and order volumes. When something isn't running smoothly, you act quickly to remedy the situation together with your team and the people on the floor.

You'll be working at an internationally active company with a production site and its own warehouse in Zevenaar. Given the international character of the organisation, English is the primary working language. You'll be managing a team of approximately 12 employees within a professional, structured environment where logistics runs at the heart of the operation.

• HBO working and thinking level (bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, or demonstrated through a comparable role);
• At least 2 years of experience as a coordinator or team leader in a logistics or production environment;
• Strong command of English (and preferably Dutch as well);
• Experience working with KPIs and data tracking; (familiarity with Power BI is a plus);
