Lead Engineer Electrical – Building-Related Installations
We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Engineer Electrical (E) – Building-Related Installations to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems across a variety of projects. You will deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the highest standards.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a completed technical degree (BSc/MSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Has at least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and consulting
- Possesses strong leadership and communication skills
- Has excellent project management capabilities
- Is experienced with CAD software and relevant electrical design tools
- Is proactive, solution-oriented, and innovative
- Is fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
- Designing and optimizing electrical systems for various construction projects
- Leading a team of engineers and technical specialists
- Coordinating project activities and timelines
- Reviewing technical specifications and quotations
- Overseeing the execution and quality control of electrical installations
- Collaborating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
- Performing technical analyses and resolving complex issues
- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards
