Intermodal Transport Planner Tasks: - Close contact with customers, subcontractors, and colleges in other countries - Creation and booking of transport orders by rail, ferry, and road solutions in Europe - Order processing from pick up and transport to invoicing - Handling customer complaints/ Customer service Background and experience we are looking for: - Experiences from a freight forwarding/logistics company - Good network of contacts with railway, ferry & trucking companies - Good German and English skills - Strong customer and service orientation - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Good knowledge of common MS Office programs.
