Overview
Are you interested in helping others improve their abilities and start successful careers? The Facilitating Career Development training certificate equips trainees with the skills and knowledge to help others create a career plan and secure valued positions of employment. This training certificate is usually obtained by working professionals who are looking to add career development skills to their resume.
The training is a 120-hour, online course developed by the National Career Development Association and can be completed in approximately three to four months. Each participant will be required to attend one on-site session with coursework done through web-based instruction, the use of the course textbook (included in fee), and independent studies.
