DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer DevOps engineering experience with Linux, AWS, Google Cloud, Nginx, CI/CD, Jenkins, Bitbucket pipeline, Bash, Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Docker, Rancher. Requirements: - Outstanding knowledge of Unix-like systems; - Database administration skills — MySQL, PostgreSQL; - Strong scripting skills — Bash; - NGinx web server administration - Networking fundamentals (switching, routing, load balancing); - Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills; - Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM/QEMU, XEN, Hyper-V, etc.); - 2 years' of relevant experience; - Ability to create and maintain Docker images and deploy an application - Experience with automatic deployment tools docker-compose, Kubernetes - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control tools (pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Nexus/Artifactory); - Upper-Intermediate English level is must (at least Intermediate), Ukrainian or Russian native. - Have experience with streaming engines (Wowza) - Experience with Rancher Kubernetes Management Platform What you’ll do: - Troubleshooting, alert and incident management - Deployment, maintenance, administration and performance tuning of various DBMS - Participation in software architecture / design / deployment activities - Application build engineering, release management - Git and Jenkins CI/CD - Create and manage monitoring services
