Customer contacts – all customer-facing MSAs, Order Forms, and amendments across Sales segments Vendor Contracts – inbound procurement agreements, software licenses, services agreements, and NDAs What You’ll Do Own the full lifecycle of customer and vendor contracts – intake, drafting, redlining, negotiation, execution, and filing – for Elemica’s commercial teams Serve as a primary legal point of contact for the Sales and Procurement teams on contract matters, managing SLAs and escalation protocols Apply and enforce Elemica’s standard contract playbooks and fallback positions; escalate deviations to the General Counsel for approval Manage the contract repository (CLM system); maintain accurate records of executed agreements, renewal daters, and key obligations Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Procurement to align contract terms with business requirements Support continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and processes What You’ll Need 5+ years of commercial contract management or contract administration experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services Demonstrated ability to negotiate contract terms independently within defined parameters Strong working knowledge of commercial contract concepts: limitations of liability, indemnification, IP ownership, data protection basics, and payment terms Experience with CLM or contract management platforms; proficiency in Microsoft 365 Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage a high-volume portfolio with competing deadlines Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training a plus; J.D. not required What This Role is Not This role does not require a law license. The Contract Manager operates within established legal guardrails set by the GC. Matters requiring independent legal judgment, novel legal questions, or high-stakes litigation support are escalated to the GC or outside counsel. Candidates should not expect this role to involve practicing law.
