Complex Assembly Employee - Day shift

<p>As a <strong>Complex Assembly Employee</strong>, you will be responsible for <strong>assembling complex packaging </strong>constructions based on<strong> technical drawings</strong> and <strong>specifications</strong>. The work is practical and technical, requiring accuracy, technical insight, and experience with hand tools and assembly activities. You will work in a production environment where teamwork, productivity, and quality are essential. Please note that the workplace can be noisy and dusty, and production targets are part of the daily routine. Main Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assemble complex packaging constructions according to technical drawings and specifications</li><li>Perform d<strong>rilling, milling, sawing, </strong>and <strong>assembly activities</strong></li><li>Work accurately with <strong>hand tools</strong> and assembly equipment</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings independently</li><li>Check dimensions, quality, and finishing of assembled products</li><li>Follow work instructions and production planning</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and deadlines</li><li>Follow all company safety and quality procedures</li></ul><ul><li>VMBO level or similar technical education</li><li>Experience with assembly work is required</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings independently is mandatory</li><li>Skilled in working with hand tools</li><li>Technical insight and hands-on mentality</li><li>Experience with drilling, milling, and sawing is preferred</li><li>Comfortable working in a production environment with noise, dust, and production targets</li><li>English level B1 minimum (mandatory)</li><li>Responsible attitude and team-oriented mindset</li><li>Driving license is preferred</li><li>European Union citizenship (mandatory)</li></ul><ul><li>Gross salary: €16.67 per hour</li><li><strong>Weekly net </strong>income: approximately<strong> €500 – €550</strong>, according to Dutch labor legislation</li><li>Full-time contract with long-term opportunities</li><li>Overtime possibilities for additional income</li><li>Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one</li><li>25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)</li><li>8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary</li><li>Dutch health insurance included</li></ul><p><strong>Accommodation & Transportation:</strong></p><ul><li>Certified, clean accommodation with a<strong> private room</strong></li><li>Daily transport from accommodation to work and back provided</li><li>Accommodation located close to shops, public transport, and the workplace</li></ul><p><strong>About Us: </strong>We are specialized in connecting international talent with trusted employers in the Netherlands.
