We are not a standard consultancy firm. Not in our philosophy and our approach. And certainly not in how we treat our people. That’s why you can take as many vacation days as you need. You are responsible for your projects and knowledge level but can work wherever you want. From your kitchen table, at the client’s site, or—no hardship—at one of our offices in Amsterdam or Utrecht.
You receive an annual budget to work abroad with accommodation, workspace, and travel expenses covered. And after 4 years with us, you can take a 3-month paid sabbatical. Because when you take the time to reflect on yourself, you can contribute even more to your clients and colleagues.
