CNC Operator Plastics

<p>As a<strong> CNC Operator</strong>, you will independently set up and <strong>operate </strong>CNC milling or turning machines to manufacture precision components according to <strong>technical drawings</strong> and <strong>specifications</strong>. The work requires technical insight, precision, and a strong focus on quality and safety. You will become part of a professional and multicultural production team. You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00. Main Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Independently set up and operate CNC milling or turning machines</li><li>Manufacture precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications</li><li>Select and install tools, fixtures, and machine setups</li><li>Load CNC programs and set zero points and offsets</li><li>Monitor machining processes to ensure safe and efficient production</li><li>Perform regular quality inspections using measuring instruments</li><li>Compare measurements with required tolerances and adjust machine settings when necessary</li><li>Carry out basic machine maintenance and preventive checks</li><li>Keep the workplace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations</li><li>Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and tooling optimizations</li></ul><ul><li>Technical background, preferably in CNC machining or metalworking</li><li>Experience operating CNC milling or turning machines is preferred</li><li>Ability to independently set up and adjust CNC machines</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications</li><li>Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset</li><li>Comfortable working in a two-shift system</li><li>Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and quality control</li><li>Responsible attitude and team-oriented mindset</li><li>Driving license is preferred</li><li>European Union citizenship (mandatory)</li></ul><ul><li>Gross salary: €16.24 per hour + 18% shift allowance</li><li><strong>Weekly net</strong> income: approximately <strong>€500 – €550</strong>, according to Dutch labor legislation</li><li>Full-time contract with long-term opportunities</li><li>Overtime possibilities for additional income</li><li>Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one</li><li>25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)</li><li>8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary</li></ul><p><strong>Accommodation & Transportation:</strong></p><ul><li>Certified and clean accommodation with a <strong>private room</strong></li><li>Daily <strong>transport </strong>from accommodation to work and back provided</li><li>Accommodation located close to shops, public transport, and the workplace</li></ul><p><strong>About Us: </strong>We are a professional and dedicated team specialized in connecting international talent with trusted employers in the Netherlands.
