The Business Operations team is tasked with leading the organization on important cross-functional initiatives. Our goal is to help the company scale with its exciting growth plans, including designing and executing on key company-wide projects, making process adjustments to increase efficiency, reducing bottlenecks across the organization, and project managing new opportunities.
