We are expanding our global network and looking for a Russian/Ukrainian-speaking Affiliate Manager who is hungry to grow, bold enough to lead, and smart enough to scale. YOUR MISSION As our Affiliate Manager (RU/UKR), you will be the growth engine connecting world-class affiliates with top-tier offers. You will identify new opportunities, optimize performance, and grow relationships that deliver long-term, measurable results. Your goal: turn good campaigns into record-breakers and your own performance into uncapped earnings. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Proven experience in affiliate marketing with at least 2-years of hands-on work. - An AM with an interesting portfolio of direct media buyers and teams within these verticals: sweepstakes, igaming, leadgen and nutra. - A deep understanding of online traffic, conversion funnels, and tracking technology. - An analytical mindset with a commercial edge: you can read data, close deals, and spot trends before others do. - Creative, driven, and solution-oriented; you do not wait for opportunities, you create them. - Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian; additional languages are a plus. - Emotionally intelligent, self-motivated, and ready to perform at a high level every day. Senior Sales Manager – Pay-per-call Remote | Competitive salary + uncapped commissions | Global Reach Ready to Own the Pay-Per-Call Game? VIP Response isn’t your average marketing company. We're looking for a battle-tested Sales Manager who knows the Pay-Per-Call (PPC) industry inside out — someone who’s hungry to close deals, scale revenue fast, and take full ownership of our PPC advertiser network. What You’ll Be Doing: - Take full control of our Pay-Per-Call campaigns — strategy, sales, growth. - Pitch, close, and grow high-value advertiser accounts. - Leverage your existing network of advertisers to plug in scalable deals. - Analyze performance and push for constant RPC and ROI improvements. - Work closely with our affiliate sales team to maximize campaign delivery. - Proactively hunt for deals — you don’t wait for them to land. - Own relationships and revenue. - Oversee payment cycles and keep revenue flowing. What You Bring: - 3+ years in affiliate marketing, with strong focus on Pay-Per-Call - A rolodex of live advertisers ready to plug in and spend. - Deep understanding of Debt, ACA, Medicare, FE, Home Improvement, MVA and other verticals. - Performance mindset — data-driven, detail-obsessed. - Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus. - Bonus: experience with outbound call center operations (B2B). - You’re a closer.
