Stoel Rives offers a competitive total rewards package that includes base salary and performance bonuses, which reflect our commitment to rewarding excellence. Our compensation and rewards structure are reviewed regularly to stay competitive across our markets. Billable Hours. Full-time associates have a yearly expectation of 1,800 billable hours. Associates receive up to 50 hours of billable credit for approved pro bono work. Performance Evaluations and Feedback.
