<h3>Job Purpose</h3>
<p style="font-weight: 400">The Assistant Project Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in overseeing the planning, coordination, and daily execution of construction projects. This position serves as a key liaison between the project team, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring that project documentation, schedules, and workflows remain on track.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul style="font-weight: 400">
<li><strong>Project Coordination:</strong> Assist the Project Manager in organizing and tracking project progress, ensuring milestones are met.</li>
<li><strong>RFI and Submittal Management:</strong> Oversee the Request for Information (RFI) process and manage submittals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.</li>
<li><strong>Bidding &amp; Procurement:</strong> Support in drafting scopes of work, reviewing bid proposals, and coordinating subcontractor agreements.</li>
<li><strong>Change Order Review:</strong> Assist in evaluating change order requests and verifying cost impacts.</li>
<li><strong>Document Control:</strong> Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, meeting minutes, schedules, and reports.</li>
<li><strong>Project Close-Out:</strong> Assist in finalizing all project documentation, warranty tracking, and turnover packages.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul style="font-weight: 400">
<li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Ability to read and interpret construction drawings across all disciplines.</li>
<li><strong>Contract Knowledge:</strong> Strong understanding of contract documents, specifications, and compliance requirements.</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Previous experience in multi-family construction is preferred.</li>
<li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Organizational Skills:</strong> Strong administrative and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.</li>
<li><strong>Software Experience:</strong> Familiarity with BlueBeam, ProCore, and Textura is preferred.</li>
<li><strong>Prioritization:</strong> Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.</li>
<li><strong>Certification:</strong> OSHA 10 certification is a plus.</li>
