Apprenticeship Program
Our Apprenticeship program aims to prepare young professionals for highly specialized positions. It is suitable for people with little or no professional experience who have completed their secondary education.
During the program, the participants acquire specific knowledge, specific technical skills, and practical experience, which allow them after successful completion to continue working in Aurubis Bulgaria and develop their career.
Terms of the program
During the program, which lasts 12 months, the apprentices take an exam on the information and practical knowledge gained during the training. After successfully passing it, they receive a certificate of professional qualification.
The apprentices work on a labour contract and receive remuneration. They also enjoy the social benefits provided for all company employees such as: daily meals, transportation to and from the plant, full insurance and use of the services of the medical center located on the company's territory.
Applications are gathered in the summer period, and the program itself begins in the fall.
