Other users of our vacuum-based processes include the life sciences, research, aerospace, packaging, heat treatment, laser cutting and many other industrial processes. We also leverage our expertise in vacuum technology to provide unique, toxic chemical analysis products for emergency response, security, and environmental health and safety.Customer support on application topics with focus on optical plasma systems and Pirani measurement systemsDetailed analysis of customer issues, failure analysis, and creation of reportsDevelopment of laboratory infrastructure such as pump stands and test sequencesResponsible for setting up, testing, evaluating, and improving customer-near vacuum control applicationsProvide technical support and training for sales and product management, as well as application engineers abroadCreation of application reportsParticipation in development projects, and related activities through validation testing and reportingTechnical education, preferably in field of physics, electronics, automation, or microsystems technologyContinuing education HF, engineer TH or studies in physics, electronics, or material scienceKnowledge and enthusiasm in measurement technology, electronics, and in semiconductor processesFluent in EnglishSolution-oriented, flexible, and team-capable personalityStrong customer orientation with excellent communication skills and intercultural adaptabilityFlexibility in working across various product linesWillingness to travel (about 10 %)INFICON offers a dynamic working environment that promotes diversity, equality and inclusion.
