KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gain experience with American methods of accounting and tax preparation.
- Familiarisation with process improvement initiatives, project analysis, design and implementation.
- Record keeping of accounting transactions through implementation of cost analysis.
- Assisting in the preparation of income tax returns for federal and state corporations as well as individuals.
- Working on process improvement initiatives, project analysis, and ongoing task flows.
- Familiarization with all aspects of financial and tax due diligence services.
- Identify tax savings opportunities and assist in minimizing tax exposure.
- Management of accounts payable/receivable, bank accounts and payroll.
- Vendor management and financial reporting.
