Do you want to be part of a vibrant, international team? For our Client, we are searching for a full-time Event Manager. Join Europe’s leading platform for real estate investment professionals, as the next Events Manager. You’ll take the lead in designing and delivering a world-class calendar of international member events that connect, inspire, and engage. Our client is made up of 37 professionals, and as Events Manager, you’ll be part of a team of 7 focused on creating exceptional experiences for our members. We’re looking for a positive, hands-on professional who thrives on bringing ideas to life — someone with the creativity, organisation, and experience to make every event an unforgettable success. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio — from large-scale conferences to seminars, roundtables, and online sessions — ensuring seamless execution and outstanding quality. Working closely with venues, suppliers, and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping client’s event experience and supporting our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities - Lead the planning and delivery of the annual events calendar (live and online). - Manage event logistics: venue selection, supplier coordination, AV, catering, and on-site delivery. - Oversee registration, communications, and participant experience. - Deliver online events via Zoom, Teams, and other platforms with professional production standards. - Collaborate on programme design, budgeting, and event evaluation. - Work with Marketing & Communications to ensure events align with their brand. - Manage the full delivery of events tailored to clients Young Professionals (up to age 32). - Maintain supplier relationships and drive process improvements to enhance member experience. About You - 5+ years’ experience in event management, ideally in an international environment. - Proven experience managing venues, hotels, caterers, and DMCs for conferences, gala dinners, and off-site activities. - Strong stakeholder management and supplier communication skills. - Excellent project management — proactive, organised, and adaptable. - Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, CRM, and Event Management Systems. - Proficient in online event tools (Zoom, Teams, Cvent, Slido) with a passion for innovation. - Excellent written and spoken English.
